What ACH Clock provides

ACH Clock provides calculators, schedules, a calendar feed, and a JSON API describing United States payment timing, derived from the Federal Reserve's published holiday schedule and the FedACH processing schedule.

Informational use only

The service is informational. It is not banking, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Financial institutions set their own cutoff times, which are frequently earlier than the Federal Reserve's, and may impose holds or review periods that change when funds actually move. You are responsible for confirming timing with your financial institution before relying on it. ACH Clock is not affiliated with the Federal Reserve System, Nacha, or any financial institution.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any date it produces is accurate for your particular circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including missed payroll, late fees, overdrafts, or lost business.

Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute the API or calendar feed as a competing data product, share your key or feed URL publicly, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may revoke a key or feed URL that is being abused.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
