Refund Policy

30-day refunds

Both products are digital and delivered instantly at checkout. If a purchase is not what you needed, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request one

Reply to your Stripe payment receipt, or use the contact address on that receipt, and include the payment reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your card issuer.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded in full, the API key or calendar feed URL it issued stops working. This happens automatically within moments of the refund being processed, and your calendar app simply stops receiving updates.

A partial refund does not affect access. If a charge is reversed through a bank dispute rather than a refund request, access ends the same way.

Annual API keys

An API key is a one-time charge covering 365 days. It does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds on annual keys are available within 30 days of purchase under the same terms above.
